Why can't I CALL to make an APPOINTMENT over the PHONE?Bobby is not a "cell-phone-person" due to having gloves on most hours of the day, but his love of tattooing and making each tattoo really fit the body and contours it is intended for makes his work stand out from the rest. He prefers to keep all the focus on your experience and your tattoo so instead of disrupting and answering every call distracting from your tattoo session, Bobby prefers to work with customers willing to visit in person. Most daily calls are "Scam calls" anyways, and "Real Calls" are questions that typically require more clarity and a visual of the skin/placement in order to answer properly and completely. That's why a visit will get you all the answers and tattoo education you could ask for as well as scheduling, preparation, and healing assistance you'll need to move forward to end up with the best tattoo experience possible.

How do I HEAL my TATTOO?-The First day you leave the Tattoo studio, take the clear bandage wrap off within AN HOUR if possible -Wash it over a sink with your fingers gently using a liquid hand soap and warm water (Never hot water!), then using cold water to rinse and shock the skin promoting faster healing. -Dry with a paper towel and apply an extremely thin layer of Aquaphor ointment, and to make sure it's thin enough, you should pat off all excess ointment with a new dry paper towel. -Do this once per day for one week, and then switch to unscented lotion, applying that multiple times per day. **It's important to know TOO MUCH ointment can HURT you. **Lotion can be used multiple times per day, which is why it is preferred--to help rub off layers of skin as they heal. **Don't mix ointment and lotion on one body part on the same day. ONLY use Aquaphor Ointment for 1 (one) week, then stop Aquaphor, and start using unscented lotion the second week of healing, using as many layers of lotions as you can. **Keep away from SUN for 4 WEEKS (and no sunblock!!) **Keep from SUBMERGING under any WATER for at least TWO WEEKS

Should I SPIN my JEWELRY or TWIST my studs? The answer is NO! That would mean you are using your fingers which is a BIG no-no. It can lead to infections and slow the healing process. Really try to keep your contact with your hands and your piercings to a minimum for the best healing results.
-
How do I HEAL my Piercing? All piercings require you to wash with liquid hand soap once a day in the morning and then use Q-tips and Saline spray after that, washing 2-3 more times a day for a week or two. YOU MUST NOT use any alcohol, ointments or oils on your piercings, KEEP YOUR FINGERS AWAY FROM YOU EARS THE ENTIRE TIME, only use Q-tips and saline and liquid hand soap. Ear Lobes are the fastest to heal and can be fully healed in 2 weeks for you to change jewelry yourself. All other piercings should be allowed 6 weeks of healing without changing the jewelry, unless you consult your piercer who has the tools to exchange jewelry sooner than you can.
